Return policy
1. General
By completing a purchase with Pause Interior, you agree to our terms of purchase. These terms apply when you, as a consumer, purchase products through our webshop. We reserve the right to update the terms at any time.
2. Order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If there is anything wrong with the order, please contact us as soon as possible via hello@pauseinterior.se.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT. We offer payment via the payment solutions specified at checkout. For purchases made via Klarna, their own terms for invoice and partial payment apply. No
additional fees apply beyond shipping costs.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are stated when you check out your shopping cart and depend on the package's size and weight. Delivery time is normally 3–5
business days. During campaigns and holidays, it may take slightly longer. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you received the item. To return a product, contact us at hello@pauseinterior.se and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Return shipping costs SEK 49, which will be deducted from the refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
6. Complaints
If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
Contact us at hello@pauseinterior.se within a reasonable time (no later than two months after the fault was discovered) and include pictures of the fault. If the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new item, repair, or refund.
7. Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged for shipping, handling, and administration.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
When you shop with us, we store your personal data to manage your order. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and never pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Security
All payment information is handled encrypted and securely through our payment service providers. Pause Interior has no access to your card details.
10. Force Majeure
Pause Interior is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as
natural disasters, strikes, fires, or technical disruptions.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we follow recommendations from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can also use the EU's online platform for complaints: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
